About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Unity in Diversity
ABOUT ME
hmm, what to say? I love traveling and exploring diferent cultures. I think, knowing a new language is like approaching to a gate towards a culture of the people using it. And also is a communication tool to understand other people.
While traveling I focus firstly on people. Later on places and sites.
I have practiced yoga for many years. And recently in 2010 spent 5 months as a volunteer at sustainable projects in India.
My friends say I am an open and dynamic person. Who often avoids going the simplest way. And one friend added, many years ago: Pawel, you are sometimes similar to Don Quijote...
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy each moment of the life. See the problem as an opportunity to grow and deepen.
Unity in Diversity. Diversity in the World makes it beautiful. Refering to the politics, religion, ethnicity. But always there is one thing in common: Human Unity. Human Values, which are universal.
In life there should be some place for service. I mean, offering his/her own time and skills for the others, without expecting anything in exchange. With "others" I mean, not specially our friends or families. Even people you see for the first time in your life.
Listening is more important than speaking.
Inner peace and outer dynamism

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hope to have one very soon, in this service.
Before knowing couchsurfing.org I had a chance to offer my place to some people. It was in Barcelona, where I lived 6 years and also in my parent's home in Poland. I enjoyed it a lot. It is a great opportunity to share thoughts, views, spend nice time togather.
Interests
Traveling, foreign languages. Chinese and Indian traditional cultures.
Ancient times. World religions = interconnections. Short trips in the mountains. Taking pictures. I like studying new things. And talks about us, humans.
