About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live to the fullest, by my own terms. Not drag my life but hoist it on my shoulders.

ABOUT ME

PHILOSOPHY

We can only know what is true to ourselves, therefore eveyone is always right. Personally I belive in a non-interventionist spirituality. But thats only my reality.

Be the person you want to be, true to yourself, and your world will become the world you want it to be. Find like-minded people, find people you cannot agree with, find all people and be open to each and every one. Variety is the spice of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was travelling CS helped me out heaps! especially in New York, where I would have been all sad and alone without it. Now I am back I am very willing and wanting to show people my city and provide the same hospitality back. Plus meet new and amazing people.

I recently moved to Canberra and have some spare space. Happy to help out with accommodation for fellow travelers coming through :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Too long a list to start tonight, Ill get onto it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wrote a novel, went to the middle of the Andes and saw the night sky, dived in Colombia for a month straight, tangoed in Buenos Aires, came up with a philosophy of the universe, built houses for people, volunteered with an Indigenous community in Arnhem Land, protested the day Occupy Wall st got shut down, meditated in the middle of Ankor Wat, constructed 90 houses in 90 days after a typhoon. Spent 9 months in the mountains of Nepal building Schools. That's one right?

Teach, Learn, Share

Soo many things! I love talking about music and theatre based things (from classical to funk to barbershop) with who will listen. I'll discuss politics (if anyone wants to learn more about Australian politics... ) and Philosophy with nearly anyone, anywhere, most times.
I learnt Spanish whist travelling and would love someone to keep up my skills with.
And I'm the type of person who will never turn down an oportunity to learn something new, the biggest crime in life is ignorace.
