I’m an aspiring organic vegetable farmer! I studied Sustainable Food and Bioenergy Systems in college and have been working on organic farms for the last 7 years. I love to run, hike bike, listen to and occasionally make music, read non-fiction, participate in community organizing, and make great food.

I’m currently living in Billings trying to make a go at farming in the Yellowstone Valley and I work at a small compost facility. I’m always looking for a way to make a living working in the dirt. I’ve spent almost my entire adult life living in community with roommates. I love communal living. Currently help my sister renovate a beautiful old Tudor style house in Billings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve surfed and hosted while I was I college and am in a place where I’d like to host again. I’m not sure if Billings gets much attention on CS, but I’d like to try.

I’m on CS because it’s such a great community of unique people. I’ve made great friends through CS including a radical roommate once upon a time. I want to contribute to the CS community in any way I can. I think CS brings people together, which is something the world needs right now.
