Married with a girl from Poland, I have traveled many times (conventional way) to Poland, twice the last two winters on road trips by car (great experience !)
Want to visit as many places as I can especially in Europe. Like Literature, Architecture and History of the places that I visit. Music, I like mainly Rock bands and singers/songwritters from all decades , I mention few of them here .. Velvet Underground, Lou Reed, Kinks, Pavement, Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers , Steve Wynn, Divine Comedy,Lucksmith, and many others

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am still trying to understand how cs works... for the time being I can't host people since I am between jobs, home... but I hope in the next two or three months things will be clarified

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

traveled some times in some European countries ( not with cs ) but its never enough !! due to my job in the incoming travel business I usually travel off-season, mainly in the winter and in the beginning of Spring.

Literature : Thomas Mann,Robert Musil, Fyodor Dostoyefski,Milan Kudera, James Joyce and others

Architecture : Love the Gothic style of the central and north European countries , all of Barcelona, the unspoiled simple Mediterranean style of some of the Greek islands...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe not amazing but I have driven 1000 kms with my car in one day on the way back from Krakow Poland to Belgrade for o/n, through 5 European countries.. got a ticket from a policeman in Slovakia for driving a the huge speed of 51 kms per hour ( limit was 40 !!)

I can cultivate Olive trees and vineyards ( I am living in Crete anyway !! ).. I cook quite well Greek meals and recipes..
