ABOUT ME

After college and four years of professional work as an engineer, I am now a traveler. I have spent the summer and fall of 2010 mostly hiking and cycling outdoors. I took the CELTA course in January in Buenos Aires to become an English teacher, and since then I have worked as a teacher here and taken every opportunity to travel around South America and learn Spanish.

PHILOSOPHY

I just try to think about how I feel about my decisions when I am old. I don't want to have regrets either about things I did or things I didn't do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I didn't find out about couch surfing until I no longer had a couch. Hopefully, if I have great experiences couch surfing I will one day be able to offer my couch to others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent the night atop Cloud's Rest in Yosemite alone. I don't know why people don't spend nights there-- its the top of the world with all of the major Yosemite attractions below.
