Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am here to host and surf. I love travel and encourage everyone else who also loves it, to participate in the CS project. Its a fantastic way to learn about new places and meet great people too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During a summer backpacking trip around Europe I have had the chance to surf with many amazing CSurfers. So far I have only had great experiences in my travels. I have however traveled quite a bit. I have done and hosted my fair share of un-official couch surfing/ers.
I think this community is brilliant.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies -> To only name a few .. Quentin Tarantino entire work, Darren Aronofsky PI and Requiem for a dream

Music -> Rock, Punk, Funk and everything in between

Books -> I am Illiterate! Kidding. No just have not taken the time to read something other than textbooks in the last three years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Spending one torcherous night in the amazing Death Valley, California. Where the temperature never fell below 120°F (or 49°C). All worth it to take in the absolutely breathtaking sunset atop of Dante's View. Oh yeah just and to say we did it lol.

2. Taking a plunge into the beautiful turquoise frigid glacier waters of Lake Louise, Alberta. Where in the middle of summer the temperature rarely passes 5°C (40°F). After enjoying a great hot day of climbing, to cool off and just to say we did it :)
