ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Texas, although I never wanted to be, growing up. After fleeing to Ohio for university, and then onward, outward and upward (living in Argentina, Maine and Spain in the process), I have come to love where I am from.

I am infatuated with learning about other cultures, languages and people, and plan to spend my life exploring as much of the world as possible. While sometimes this has taken me to live as an ex-pat, I have also realized that some of the most amazing people and "foreign" experiences can be found in my home town of Houston.

And I don´t like perfect. It creeps me out.

Cooking for other people than myself, reading everything in sight, learning languages and falling in love (with them), writing and dreaming that someday I would be able to live off my writing, hunting the sun and then preceding to hide from it, climbing mountains and then remembering my fear of heights, and your run of the mill running, hiking, dancing and yoga.
