My mission is to help myself and others to lead a free and happy life.

ABOUT ME

I'm currently helping to develop my families 300 acre farm with the goal of moving away from timber harvests to a more sustainable, agritourism business model. We hope to demonstrate to airbnb/hipcamp guests what a full sized, sustainably run gardening operation looks, feels and sounds like. We demonstrate permacultural techniques here at the farm as well as provide immersive, natural and recreational opportunities for vacationers. We're also offering opportunities for couchsurfers who might be interested in visiting and helping out at Moss Hill Farm.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed couches throughout america among friends and strangers. Its a great way to meet new people and share the good feeling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Besides working with very tangible building materials in constructing recreational trails and structures, I've used the more abstract (internet, etc.) to it's maximum potential as a tool for organizing a free society where we have the option of transitioning from an involuntary taxation model to funding only those projects which we truly believe in. Some programs that operate with those ideals are- Hipcamp, Airbnb, WWOOF, Helpx, Couchsurfing, Kiva.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm interested in botany, alternative medicine, cooking, history. Most of all i'm interested in the free exchange of ideas and the efficient distribution of resources based on the judgment of individuals.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share dishwashing, philosophic conversation, some cooking, landscaping tasks including directional tree felling, chainsaw equipment, and stone masonry as well as stories of my travels around the world.
