About Me

Joined CS in 2011. Living abroad and being in tech industry for years shaped my mind to be open, curious and willing to learn new stuff. Meeting new people to share each others' life experience. I like that kind of feeling when I discover something new, I want to enjoy it as much as I can.

Philosophy - Get as much of experience as you can. You never know what can be really useful later :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always wanted to share various aspects of my life with other people. One day, I found this site and stayed with the community for longer. It changed my life for much better than before :)

Göteborg, SE in March 2011. I will always remember Amir and Zeinab, who hosted me during that trip :)
Since then I've been able to return to Scandinavia many times and brought many great memories.

Interests

I've been working for the tech industry for years and my interests are somehow related to that.
Architecture, economics, Buddhism - that topics stayed in my mind for years.

Recently, topics like sustainability, nature, growing own food sound really cool to me.

I learned German as a pure fun moved to Berlin and kept doing it for years although most jobs I do are English-only. Always happy to have a good conversation in that language.

Slavic culture where I came from still find it kinda cool.

Music, Movies, and Books

Went through many styles and genres and electronic music was always on the top. Berlin club scene is still a thing to me although not as much as earlier. I enjoy deep house and lounge sets on Spoty.

From books I prefer low fantasy and stories that focus on post-war Germany (BRD and DDR). Also reading about self-improvement, sustainability and minimalism.

European movies such as German, French, Nordics are my favourite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I drove 5000 km trip around the Baltic Sea visiting Sweden, Finland, all Baltic states. In an MX-5.

Teach, Learn, Share

Despite my technical interests, I'm really like social sciences and art, especially architecture. We can also talk about history, modern world, and many other things :) I can share my tech knowledge, European/Polish culture. I can give you tips about Central/Eastern Europe. Looking for a new language to learn, probably French or Finnish.
