ABOUT ME

I am a Chinese girl who had been to France as an exchange student. I am now studying in Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) majoring in Information System Management in the US.I like to meet and make friends with people, and enjoy a lot of things like cooking,dancing,playing the electronic organ,Gu Zheng(a traditional Chinese instrument) as well as telling storyies.I am outgoing,opitimistic about life,enterprising and kind.

PHILOSOPHY

I hold the view that a person who knows how to enjoy life is the real one that knows how to live a real life.I cherish the belief that travelling is the good and the only way to get to the earth,the nature,the surroundings,and finally,the inside world our people,ourselves.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to find a host( a family included) who can help me better about the specitic country,involving its splendid cultures and civilization,its people,its food,its festivals and so forth.By the way,I will also try my best to tell them all I know about Chinese food and cook food for them!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have several couchsuring experience in both Europe and China. One of the most impressing one is the one I had a CouchSurfing about one year ago.The family were all kind to me(in a small city in China),I taugh them the Xin Jiang dance(a type of traditional dance in China) and cooked diner for them.They also showed me a lot things about the city.This is the type that I like----changing customs or skills or whatever as much as possible!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two years ago(when I was almost 18 years old)I went to India as a volunteer to help young kids with their school work.I was supposed to be picked up by an organization there,nevertheless,no one showed up to take me to the destination.And it was almost eleven' o clock in the night.I was a little afraid,but finally,I bought a train ticket and went there by myself.It is thrilling since it was the first time I made such a "brave" decision by myself.

As a Chinese girl,I can dance,play the electonic organ,cook traditional Asian food(especially Chinese food),sing some songs.And I am fluent in speakig English.
Besides,my first major is Computer Science and Technologies,second majoy is Finance.Therefore,I know some computer skills like EXILES and so on.
