About Me

veg(etari)an, urban cyclist, yoga lover, musician, surfer, photographer, sci-fi addicted, writer (2 books up to now), teacher, traveling-on-my-own, reader, mountain hiker, no facebook, no soccer and no tv (quite unusual for an italian guy), eater of every kind of falafel, cook, sense of humour deliverer and irony machine, Greenpeace activist, digital privacy crusader knight, listener, lover, language geek, minimalist, passionate about literature, history & archeology and art

Just to be clear: i boycott Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, so the only way to write me is CS message board or Telegram (my profileID is @scheinende)

One more thing: if you are a right wing zionist extremist and support the genocide in Palestine, stay away 🇵🇸 the only good place for you to get hospitality should be a prison.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a very adventurous trip summer 2018 in the Alps: I started the GTA, Grande Traversata delle Alpi, 20 days walking 160km in the forests, with my backpack and my tent, I bought food from little farms in the mountains at 2600mt, and I stayed just a few minutes with human beings for all these 20 days! I was completely into the wild, and I could count only on myself. It was a spiritual travel, before than physical. Sleeping watching the stars every night in amazing landscapes makes you feel in pure contact with your true essence. And obviously, I switched my phone off from the internet for all that time. Nature is really great. I wrote my second book there, my hair turned blonde because of the sun, I was waking up every morning at 5am doing yoga with the birds singing, and even if I felt physically tired to have my 19kg backpack on my shoulders, this experience made me a better person. My spirit was so full that sometimes I just stared at the sunrise crying for such a great beauty. And I was so changed after this experience that I obviously decided to go on and complete it, the next two summers, learning from my mistakes and improving myself in the next 600km until I got to the final destination: the sea.. The best experience of my life, ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

My work is based to engage people's learning, i've been trained to lead people's learning out. So i try to teach everything i know without explaining it, but guiding people to the point.
Trying to be less serious, these are some things you can ask me to teach you: making sushi, using a mac, playing guitar and synth, reading greek and latin, doing iaido and kendo japanese martial arts, repairing bikes, cooking vegetarian recipes, reading Dante's Divine Comedy with an excellent italian accent ;)
By the way: please, no football fans, I don’t care about football, Juventus and shit like this. If you get hosted by me please try your best not to stay all of your time into your phone: life is what is happening outside your device 😎

What I Can Share with Hosts

Yoga, vegan cooking, endless talking, beers, cycling around, making pizza, photoshooting, playing music together, laughing a lot, alpine forest hiking, watching the sunrise in silence, hugging, going to concerts, improving foreign languages, walking on the moon, landing on Mars.
