ABOUT ME

I am a quiet person, I like to live in harmony at home, in my community and with myself in general. I like Tai Chi and yoga; meditation relaxes me a lot and gives me peace. I also like taking walks at Chipinque, an ecological park in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I enjoy ecological themes and participating in activities related to that. I would love to have a garden with crops of organic fruits and vegetables. I would also like to have a balanced diet, eating less and exercising more. I am still working on building a better quality of life, physical and mental health.

Soy una persona tranquila, me gusta vivir en armonía en mi hogar, en mi comunidad y conmigo misma en general. Me gusta el Tai Chi y el yoga; la meditación me relaja mucho y me da paz. También me gusta dar caminatas en Chipinque, un parque ecológico en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México. Me gustan los temas de ecología y participar en actividades relacionadas a ello. Me encantaría tener un jardín con cultivos de vegetales y frutas orgánicas. También me gustaría llevar una dieta balanceada, comer menos y ejercitar más. Sigo trabajando en construir un calidad de vida mejor, salud física y mental.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have traveled to the state of Chiapas, Mexico, I have seen the gorgeous waterfalls of my country. I did some rafting for the first time by myself in the great lagoon of Montebello national park. I was in the marvelous, private Orquídeas/Orchids island. To me, being there and feeling respect for that natural and dangerous beauty was like a dream. That system of lagoons connects under the surface and water stream pulls people down and trap them in the plants below; lots of people have disappeared there. I decided not to swim, but I did take in the moment and the experience.
I also went to Matacanes, the canyons by Santiago, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The trails and overcoming the mental limitations of jumping to the water from 12 meters high were marvelous. It was very fun !
I received the year 2014 at a beach in company of friends from the Couchsurfing community.
I have learned to share and to respect other people’s preferences and ideologies since I joined Couchsurfing in the year 2011.

He viajado al estado de Chiapas, México, he visto las cascadas hermosas de mi país. Hize canotaje por primera vez sola en la gran laguna del parque nacional Montebello. Ahí estuve en la maravillosa isla privada de las orquídeas. Para mi fue un sueño estar ahí y sentir respeto por esa belleza natural y tan peligrosa. Ese sistema de lagunas se conectan bajo la superficie y las corrientes de agua jalan a la gente y la atrapan entre las plantas abajo; muchos han desaparecido. Decidí mejor no nadar, pero si asimilé todo el momento y la experiencia.
También estuve en Matacanes, los cañones de las adjuntas en Santiago, Nuevo León, México. Los recorridos y el superar esas limitaciones mentales de saltar al agua desde 12 metros de Altura fueron maravillosos. Fue muy divertido !
Reciví el año 2014 en una playa, en compañía de otras amistades de la comunidad Couchsurfing.
He aprendido a compartir y a respetar las preferencias e ideologías de otras personas desde que entré a Couchsurfing en el año 2011.
