About Me

CURRENT MISSION

finishing up my duties at Mexico city and go away from this city for a while.

ABOUT ME

Hola, Hi, Oi, Pialli!

I'm Cynthia, I'm a very curious person, that's why I like traveling. I like studying and getting involved in different kinds of disciplines, but most of the time I have learned the very important things talking to the oldest people and sharing moments with my friends. Describing myself means a very trouble because, at least for me, requires some level of self-criticism. Here I go: I consider myself as a very curious person so I like hearing new stories and learn new things. I'm very consider human and I like to help others. At first sight I could seem a shy girl but then you can see that I'm a very talkative person because I like to meet new people from other cultures and share what I know to do. Well, that's what I say, you can ask to my friends hahaha... And you could meet me!

PHILOSOPHY

Well, I'm sorry for writing this part in Mexican Chilango Spanish, but is the language which I can express better my ideas.

Well, I had a Couchsurfing experience by accident:

when I was traveling to Chiapas, here in Mexico, I met a friend who lived there and I stayed at his home, there a girl from Israel arrived with 2 excellent travelers from Spain and we went together to Guatemala. I really enjoyed meeting those friends, so I decided to join Couchsurfing because I think it is a good way to meet interesting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I realized that my granny knew a native language of Mexico, called mixteco, but my mother doesn't speak anymore because of the shame of being indigenous in Mexico. I started talking with my grandma about her memories, about her life. And since then I start asking about my roots and try to define my identity as a mexican girl.

When In this really big city I find a place where you can't see any building or listening to any city noise, It's like a part of country side moved to this big city.

When I traveled to Guatemala and hear what my neighbors think about my country. You can know yourself through others.

when I fall in love with something or someone or sometimes. hahaha.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well... I can teach how to make your own notebook, some mexican spanish words, how to make mexican chocolate from cocoa plant.

Learn? What I can learn is always a surprise for me... You can never imagine what you are going to learn meanwhile you are living...

Share... I share my friendly words! ja :)
