I love... Traveling. Baking. Miniputt. Swinging on the swings in the park. Eating delicious food. Dancing. Taking off on road trips to nowhere in particular. Swimming. Family & Friends. Board Games. Talking about everything and nothing at the same time. Documentaries. Walking in the rain. Sultana Bran with blueberries. Reading books. Tequila. Snapshots. Learning. Exploring. Camping.

I have also always wanted to live in a treehouse.

PHILOSOPHY

Many things that I hold true in life come from the song 'Everybody's Free (to wear sunscreen)' by Baz Lurhman...

Do one thing everyday that scares you... Sing... Don'€™t be reckless with other people'€™s hearts, don'€™t put up with people who are reckless with yours... Floss... Don'€™t waste your time on jealousy; sometimes you're ahead, sometimes you'€™re behind, the race is long, and in the end, it'€™s only with yourself... Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you succeed in doing this, tell me how.... Keep your old love letters, throw away your old bank statements... Stretch... Get to know your parents, you never know when they'€™ll be gone for good... Be nice to your siblings; they are the best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.... Understand that friends come and go, but for the precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you knew when you were young... Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard; live in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft.... Travel... Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it'€™s worth... But trust me on the sunscreen!

Many friends gave glowing reports of CS and encouraged me to join! One of the best things I have done. Incredible people, connected. Some of my best trip memories have been through couchsurfing too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Roadtripping with three generations of family from San Francisco to Texas over the course of a month... was the most amazing experience!

I love to bake. Its such a wonderful experience, combining Ingredients in such a way that turns out to something so delicious... that brings so much joy to others! I have a speciality in cupcakes, cakes, brownies, slices and melting moments... if you would like a baking lesson when you come stay, or when you bring me into your home - let me know and we will get to it!
