About Me

“Not all those who wander are lost.”
-J.R.R. Tolkien

Hi, my name is Brittney and my life isn't even close to being ordinary, I promise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My participation in the couch surfing project is to be apart of this global community.

I used CS in Europe and now I plan on using CS back in the States. And hopefully, I can host some very cool and cultured travelers. I have had great experiences being hosted. I have been shown so much kindness during my travels I can only hope that I can pay it forward.

Couch surfing is about people who enjoy life and have a passion for it. People who like to go out and do things! About individuals meeting up, who can teach each other something new and are open to learning many of the quirky things that one another know/ like to do/ know how to do.

Interests

I love reading, photography, writing, drum circles, kayaking, biking, hiking, skiing, things that are new and different.

I am a Modern Gypsy.

I try to learn something new every day.

I live for the moments that take my breath away.

I listen to good music.

I love the EDM music scene.

I am a beer and music connoisseur.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am huge in pop culture. Most winters I spend curled up with a warm book or I'm out hitting the slopes. Most summers I dance the night away at music festivals or at back yard drum circles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many just ask. Each place that I have traveled to has had something amazing to see, and I tried to experience something totally unique to the culture. I guess just having the courage to leave my family and my country and travel around Europe is something amazing that I have done.
