About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To just try and enjoy life and not be too hard on myself. To take each day as it comes.
ABOUT ME
I don't drink or smoke. Running (and my cats) are my number one passions in my life. I'm working on just being a nice person - happy and healthy. I don't like drama and just enjoy the simplicity of life.
PHILOSOPHY
"Life is hard."

Interests
Running: I'm ultimately training for The Comrades Marathon - an 87 km road ultra in South Africa in June 2019. In order to qualify, I need to complete a marathon and I'm doing that in April in Nagano in Japan. I run about 60kms a week - 5 days a week. Running is my number one passion in life.
Cats: I have three cats - Artemis, Indiana and Autumn. What can I say about them? They're cute and make my life a little bit brighter.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: There is soooo much junk nowadays!!! Though recently I have seen a few good movies: The Wife (with Glenn Close) and Bird Box (with Sandra Bullock). I always wanna say "bollocks" - lol. Stupid adolescent mind.
I hardly listen to music anymore. The reason being that I DJ and I feel like I'm oversaturated with music. I prefer silence when possible. The exception is when I run, then I listen to either https://spoti.fi/2RHa2tz or https://spoti.fi/2MoDSwX
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed the pyramids in Egypt.
Completed an Ironman in New Zealand in March 2018.
Teach, Learn, Share
Most people have something interesting that I can learn about.
I can also help people with their running technique and training.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Of course I'll take you out to dinner and a few drinks if you host me. I can also cook and clean and regale you with stories of my adventures (and my life before - when I was a crazy party-animal). I'm a pretty good cook and can make everything from a really fantastic toasted cheese to a full roast chicken.
