About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet new people, try new things, do something valorous. Enjoy every moment of the day.

ABOUT ME
I am a 27 year old dentist from Transylvania, who lives and works in Denmark. I live together with my boyfriend, who is also a dentist, in a nice flat in the center of Haderslev. We like trying and learning new things.
I am friendly, talkative and always happy. I love to travel and to meet new people.I would like to try a lot of crazy things:). I loooove swimming in the sea, and scuba-diving. i also like camping in the mountains.
I am a funloving, crazy girl :) My boyfriend loves cooking, so we often spend evenings in the kitchen while talking and cooking some delicious meal.

PHILOSOPHY

I think, that life is too short for wasting time, you should take advantage of every moment. You should not wait for tomorrow to start something new. New things will always be scary and risky, but that makes them even more interesting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I started CS when i lived in Transylvania, i really liked to show people around and show how many gorgeous places we have. Now i have to admit that I am quite new in Danmark, so i am not so familiar with the landscape and the cities, but I try to learn something new about danish history, culture every day. I think that Denmark is a beautyful place with lovely people, so would like to show it to my surfers as good as i can.

I like to couchsurf while traveling, because it gives an extra experience meeting local people, see how they live. I think that it is the most authentic way to see other cultures, with the eyes of local people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
i have many amazing CS experinece, just to mention a few:
I met one of my best friends on couchsurfing. The whole stared when i hosted her for a long weekend. It was in the middle of march and originally she came to hike, but there was snow storm during the whole weekend, so we couldn't hike, but she met my family and my friends, and we had great time, really good frineds ever since.

Had some amazing hosts in Spain while walking on the El Camine de Santiago with my boyfriend. we stopped for two days in every bigger city, where we found some awesome hosts.

Had a wonderful NYE with CS team in Prague.
I think that CouchSurfing is one of the best things in the world, it gives me the chance to meet a lot of people from different countries, to learn about their cultures, to visit the most beautiful places on the world and of course to have fun:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paying extra money for a cab driver to let me sing in the cab :P. I think I'm not a great singer, but that is actually something funny, but if i have to mention one amazing thing, i think it would be walking 1000 km on El Camino de Santiago from the french border through the Pyrenees til Finisterre, which was once believed to be the end of the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are a traveller in Transylvania you might some good advice:
First of all some of the cities where you should go: Sibiu, Brasov, Cluj, Targu Mures.
My favorite city is Sibiu, it is a wonderful city :)
If you like hiking you can do it here, the mountains are really beautiful.
Tips:
Although the mountains are wonderful, there are a lot of bears, so take care, don't keep food in your tent, put it out somewhere.
The easiest and sometimes the fastest way to travel in Romania is hitchhiking, because the trains are really slow, but they are also funny sometimes. You can buy almost everything you have ever needed :P, like heaters, clothes, food ;)
