Hello everyone, I've been a member for a long time (about 10 years so far if I am not mistaken).
I'm an easy going person and I enjoy simple things like good coffee in the morning, nature, hiking and backpacking to random countries whenever time and the budget allows it :)
I'm from Bosnia, and I've lived in Turkey,USA,briefly in Poland, and some time in Czech Republic.
I speak fluently English and somewhat intermediate Turkish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have met and made friends with incredible people and I like to stay in touch with folks I have hosted or surfed at, exchange favors, organize language groups, share tips and tricks on travelling, sometimes even go somewhere together, share views and opinions, professional recommendations, and everything else.
I don't like people who just see it as a free accommodation and even myself, when I am not in mood to socialize, or simply busy with obligations, I would pay for a hostel or AirBnB and I wouldn't use CS at all.

Music, Movies, and Books

My absolute favorite show is British sitcom "Only Fools and Horses" and I grew up with it.
Anything made by David Attenborough, Yugoslav cinematography and medieval themed movies. Films based on historical events, World Wars, empires throughout the history, National Geographic channel, BBC documentaries.
From books I prefer philosophy, history, bit of exoticism like Hemingway, and Russian literature.
I can listen to pretty much any kind of music, except perhaps heavy metal, dubstep, or techno.
