On cruise control, in terms of my work life, so that I have lots of time for other pursuits including music, movies, fine-dining and of course travel!!

ABOUT ME

At the moment embarking on a new phase of my life - running my own firm with a much better work-life balance and hopefully be able to travel to lots of the places I have been dying to visit

PHILOSOPHY

Very open-minded about most things, tolerant to other's viewpoints, have a global outlook on life. Believe in carpe diem and making the most of opportunities that come my way (without hurting anyone else of course)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am relatively new to CS and have had some interactions with CS'ers in Mumbai as well as have hosted a few times in recent months

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted 2 couples so far and by and large both were wonderful experiences, since I got to make new friends, learn about new cultures and sample some new cuisine which my guests cooked for me :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have not done anything really adventurous or life-threatening till date!! Perhaps some day I will have the opportunity to bungee jump or go hang gliding

I enjoy learning about different cultures in the world by meeting people from different countries, either during my travels or when they visit India. I also love to share my perspectives of India, which may be different from the stereotypical views, when I meet people from overseas
