About Me

ABOUT ME

I have a rather calm character and like to observe a lot. But I usually enjoy talking to people or having a little chat with a stranger on the metro train. I enjoy life in the cities although I love being in the nature. I enjoy hiking and camping out there. Other interests are languages, literature, art and sport. I have traveled quite a lot in my life and had beautiful encounters, so I like to help people out if I can. In my daily life I like to have a sort of regularity - eg do some yoga daily, just to have a sort of ritual or rythm, and led the rest depend on hasard or other things. In many things I have two opposite personalities - I can be solitary but also like crowds and busy places, I don't like violent people but love martial arts, for example.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Overall positive.

Interests

I'm interested in sound and music. I enjoy attending concerts (rather small venues) and watch movies in some of the small cinemas of Paris. When I travel to a foreign country I like to sense the athmospheres of the places and let intuition guide me. I'm not he best small talker but like to listen to people when they speak about themselves.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

trek in different mountainous regions and camp out there, under the stars. Leave the cocoon of my hometown and go out and see the world. Train Boxing in Tepito and see Marco Barrera's Gym from inside. Lie under a warm poncho on the top of a truck Rolling towards Cochabamba in a full moon night. Meet a stranger somewhere on the countryside in Nepal, who walks in the opposite direction. Stop. Salute. Let him grab my wooden walking stick I found somewhere. He gives it a few cuts with his machete, to make it sharper. Gives it back like saying" Now you can go". Smile.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a language teacher, so I can help you improve your french, spanish or german a bit. I also like to cook and can show you how to prepare a great peruvian dish, for example!
