ABOUT ME

Grown up in the beautiful landscape of Southern Bavaria, we like cycling + hiking the Alps.

Christof:
Traveling to California in 1995 I got so impressed by the surf culture, that I decided to start surfing Munich's Eisbach wave.

Together:
During our studies we traveled a lot along the French, Spain & Portuguese Atlantic coast by camping car.
Within the last years we climbed almost every mountian in the Bavarian alps.

PHILOSOPHY

Low GI (glycemic index) food as key for a healty life !
Work hard and travel far (for vacation;-)

Surfed a 250ft wide riverwave; met Kelly Slater while surfing in Seignosse (France)

Learn: other cultures, improve in surfing (oceanwaves)and horsebackriding, eating Chinese food with chopsticks.
