I m just back from 1 year off with my husband to discover the west part of Canada (his original country).
I m now settle in Lévis

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like participate in CS meeting it's all the time a good moment sharing with CS community. I'm use to travel in free camping, but sometime I enjoy gooing in somebody's place, especially in city, it's all the time good to know someone from the city you are visiting.

It was always good meet on the CS. And now I begin to use this website a lot and having some experiences ;)

Interests

I like having a beer with some friends, doing outside campfire, enjoying good food.
I like outdoor activities, I do ski, climbing, hicking, camping.
I'm a social person who love sharing experiences with everybody.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hum, there are a lot of adventure, but the lastest I remeber was in USA, I was travelling with Vincent, My husband and our car (who is actually our camper) shut down in the middle of the death valley, which is actually death no signal, nothing, just good people visiting.
So one of them helped us and let the ranger aware about our situation, rangers came 4 hours later to met us, and tried to help, offering us water and needs goods. actually we already got everything we needed so they let us sleep their (usually it's forbidden sleeping in not designed area) we had our solar shower, our dinner and a good sleep. The morning after they came back to pick us up to lift us on the oasis where we met an amazing girl who was able to call u-haul compagny and book our truck to haul our car. ( we did not have any insurrance so it was the chepest way) so at 11am we were on the road hitchiking to reach Las vegas were our rental truck was, after a couple of adventure on the road, we arrived in las vegas 15minutes before they close, ouf, so we were able to pick up our car and bring it up to las vegas.

I really like cooking with the host, for me the culture is in the plate each time. for the moment I'm traveling with my canadian husband and we love cooking for our hosts.

I like playing board games, sharing beer and wine...
