ABOUT ME

I'm a straight edge vegan and animal rights activist. I'm also a major foodie so I love to travel to eat and meet like minded people! I sing in a pop-punk band and I do burlesque. I'm also super into musical theatre and media. I studied media arts in university so I also love photography, film and graphic design.

PHILOSOPHY

My goal is to use my skills and talents to make the world better. I always try to leave every place better than how I found it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a young sporadic traveller at the moment and I have attended a few Couch Surfing gatherings. Love to surf and meet new people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2010 I went to Hawaii by myself to stay on a permaculture farm! It was an amazing adventure! I've since stayed with another host in Calgary and with folks in LA as well. I really love meeting new people and learning from people, hearing their stories etc!

In 2013 I did an animal rights internship in New York City and hosted a number of people through my organization and roommates etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Hawaii I swam up to a waterfall, rubbed red mud all over myself and then showered under a rainbow. Good times : D

There is no such thing as an asshole. Everyone has their own issues and deserves the benefit of the doubt and I think there is some good in everybody.
