My girlfriend and me quit our jobs to see the world and travel on our motorbikes.

Currently we were traveling New Zealand, but decided to come over to Australia for a couple of weeks, without the bikes.

Started motorcycling in 2010 and this is my first travel-season on a bike. I'm fascinated by the direct contact to the people and your environment, while you ride.

I would like to see the real life at travel destinations, not just the tourist spots.

I think couch surfing is a great way to visit a place and make some friends, or at least get fast in touch with the local culture. And of course it's a less expensive way of travelling.

My hometown Potsdam is a fabulous place, with a lot of european architecture and history. I'm maybe not a perfect historian guide, but i think I can guide you through the sans souci parkt and nice student night life.

I'm good with computers and practical things. I'm not sure this is something you can teach during a stay, but if you need some help with your travel blog or some advice for your website or so on, feel free to ask me.

I really would love to learn playing guitar. Music is connecting people and it would be great to take out a guitar on the beach and play some nice tunes. Yeah, sounds like a poor cliché, but so what.
