ABOUT ME

The small boy from the blackforest visiting the wide world....
My name is Jan or Jann or Yan or however you wonna pronounce it! I was born in a cute village somewhere in the depths of the black forest. After my graduation (Gymnasium) i decided to leave Germany for one year and to discover the other side of the world!
One year as a volunteer for developmentwork in the philippines. It was there when i heard the first time something about couchsurfing! One month later, I tried it already in Indonesia and was hosting at my place in Bacolod!
Right now I'm back here in Germany...studying while trying to safe money for the next trip! :-)

PHILOSOPHY

life is too short to take it serious, so just be openmindet for the unbeknown and never say no to something u haven't tried yet

Interests

there is always a change in life, one day I love cooking another day my favourit is playing paintball...

I'm interested in nearly everything (maybe except going shopping with my girlfriend), drinking - eating - breathing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Road trip, Palawan 2011
- living for about 7 month in a native bamboo hut, Philippines 2010-2011
- flat sharing community with my granny 2012
- spending one month in california in spring break, with a short roadtrip to canada
- semester abroad in chile + backpacking trip through south america
