I love all things french. Having lived in Paris for a year I moved to Quebec, Canada last year, and I'm hoping to stay for a few more.
My next big adventure is to travel across Canada! I've not got any set plans, but the aim is to go across and back over summer :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch-hiking around Europe is by far one of the best things I think I've ever done! There are some truly amazing people in this world :) complete strangers can be so incredibly generous, I don't have the words to express how thankful I am for meeting them :)

I make a lush chocolate cake, and an incredible vegan chocolate cake too! I can make you some welsh cakes (quite possibly the best cakes in the world)
