I love anything that has to do with the outdoors. Some of my favorites are going on hikes/long walks, biking, and skiing.

I love photography, but I don't have any training. If I could, I would choose to be a photographer for National Geographic for a career. Others include traveling, meeting new people, learning about different cultures, reading, sports, family, and trying new microbreweries.

I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings. I also enjoy reading Jane Austen, Jody Picoult, and F. Scott Fitzgerald.

I love rom coms and action movies.

I like just about any type of music, although I'm not a huge country fan. Some favorites are the Decemberists, the Sharrows, Wheelhouse, and the Avett Brothers.

I volunteered at an orphanage for children with disabilities in Peru. It was eye-opening and the first time in my life where I was in the minority.

I love meeting people from very different cultures than my own. The difference in the way we perceive things is unreal to me.
