ABOUT ME

I am a native of Ohio but have lived in Florida for 30 yrs. I am new to the world of raw foods and whole foods--experimenting with ways to bring them into my kitchen. I enjoy all foods and love exploring local cuisine; I grew up in a world where much of family life and conversation took place around the kitchen table. It's a special place for me. I also enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places via back roads and local cafes and markets.
My work has varied over the years from teaching to business to teaching to flying. Of late, my mission is to travel as often as possible and explore new places through citizens of the world. This, in addition to being a proud parent.
