ABOUT ME

I am a lover of life. A quiet and shy person at first but a friend for life once I get to know you better. I would have liked to call myself a geek or a hippie at heart or a hopeless romantic but i am none, i am a little bit of everything and yet can not be stereotyped as anything.
Over all I like to think of myself as someone who is a little crazy, yet sane. Very much in love with life yet wanting more from it. Not a very outgoing person yet having enough friends whom i can trust with my life, traditional yet not orthodox, sophisticated yet clumsy at times. Never arrogant, very idealistic and impractical, basically, a poetess at heart but i dont write too often (as you will know from my blog). Overall I am a very well balanced yet contradicting personality.
Word of caution: I dont talk too much but I can write...

PHILOSOPHY

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention to arrive safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: Wow!! What a ride!

Interests

I LOVE travelling. Sometimes I like being adventurous and I can be a little unpredictable... Love eating, love cooking for others... I do read whenever I am on flights... I am a trained dancer (completely out of practice now). I do love colors and paint occasionally. I write, my barely maintained blog is a testimony to that.

Music - depends on the moods, sometimes its jazz, sometimes its rock and roll, many times its sufi and at times when i am missing home its bollywood

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flew down the Thunder bowl on a sledge in the dead of winter, it was death defying act wont advice kids to do it. Went on a pleasure trip to Alaska. Attended the World Expo in China, it was crazy to be in the midst of 10 million people of almost every nationality at one place...
