ABOUT ME

I'm a kind-hearted person who's looking to explore new places, meet new people, eat good food, and find adventures! I am all around "good foodie", working in the sustainable food and nutrition education movement in an urban area. I've worked on several farms (dream is to own a wellness farm!) and have been a garden educator for school kiddies.

PHILOSOPHY

I love staying curious in all aspects. Keep an open mind. Be kind. Be calm. Be good to mother earth, and she'll be good to you.

Nourish the soul through food, music, and movement. I'm also a firm believer that if you sing and dance while cooking, it will always make your meal taste better and leave you and your guests happy. Eat well, and share always.
