ABOUT ME

Hello. I am an easy-going Australian and lived in the UK on a working visa, as so many Australians do. I had such a good time seeing the UK and Europe and meeting awesome people.

I am very grateful for the couches I surfed At the moment, I'm back in Australia and want to give back to the community, so now I am sharing my couch.

I'm looking to meet some friendly and interesting people and see some cool places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had two awesome experiences surfing couches in Berlin and Paris. They were great hosts and I felt very welcome. Love the CS community.

Interests

I have been in a band, played football (soccer) for 11 years, practised yoga for 10 years, trained and taught Kung Fu for 15 years and I have just started taking improvisation classes. And I love skiing.

I am also interested in learning to dance and to cook. I also love going to the theatre, watching live performances, be it a play, dance, music, comedy.

Part of my reason for travelling is to experience new things and meet new and interesting people. So, I am open to anything and I love to learn and create.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I designed an ran Women's Self Defense courses for 10 years. This gave me enormous satisfaction, though I made no financial gains.
At the same time, I ran a Kung Fu Club.
Learnt to play One, by Metallica, including Kirk Hammet's amazing solos.
In the 8th grade, I learnt Pi to 50 decimal places...and I can still remember it.
When playing soccer, I once scored a goal from the half-way line.
