Greetings, fellow human! I'm a 31 year old Korean-American, Los Angeles born filmmaker, creative director, lover of travel and adventures and novel experiences. I'm an INFJ, pastor's kid, and the world's 11th best whistler (I competed in an international whistling competition!).

A large part of my life's mission has been to challenge, empower, and unite people through meaningful filmmaking. From 2017-2020 I was the Creative Director at Jubilee. I've also dabbled in k-pop and working with artists and musicians to tell their deeper life stories. Now, I'm taking a sabbatical year to travel the world and chase inspiration and great experiences with people.

Some other loves of mine include: philosophy, religion, biking, reading, movies, and generally just talking about deep and meaningful stuff with others haha!

Interests

I tend to get incredibly deeply immersed in particular things for a certain period of time. At one time, I had a passion for the works of Da Vinci and Michelangelo. Another time, I wanted to become a professional table tennis player. Most currently, I'm most passionate about: TRAVELING!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Upon making a short film called "Tick Tock," I started getting emails from people all over the world saying how the film had changed their lives (the film went viral). Some people even said the film brought them out of clinical depression. That really blew me away - to know that something I was a part of had so effectively touched people I'd never even seen before. That's pretty amazing! Plus it ended up getting Best Picture at the grand finale of a worldwide college film festival :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an expert at all things storytelling! I've been doing it for 15+ years. If you ever need any advice or tips on editing, filming, etc etc - I'm your guy! I'm also not bad at photography.

In terms of what I want to learn - where to begin?! Whatever you are passionate about, teach me! I'd love to learn anything from people who are passionate.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm willing to do anything and everything to ensure my hosts don't feel any need to go out of their way for me. I'd be happy to contribute to household chores, or offer any hand with my own area of expertise in filmmaking, content creation, and marketing.
