About Me

Currently living in Coquimbo, Chile

I'm just a Mexican who moved to Serbia at the age of 23 and then discovered her passion for traveling.

I lived in Serbia for a little bit more than two and a half years but I left the place and spent 3 years wandering around. Then I was a bit tired and went to Hungary to study for a couple of years before I went back to Mexico for 2 and a half years.

Traveling is what brings joy to my life. I hitchhike, couchsurf and make lots of friends from different parts of the world. I learned to live with what I can fit in a little backpack.

I like to read, write (essays) and try to create meaning to this life. I'm kind of a quiet person, and I prefer to drink a cup of coffee in a cafe rather than going to party at night. And boy I love movies, maybe a little bit too much for my own good.

I like fashion too, I've made some of my clothes, and I follow Lolita fashion. But that is in a stand by for now.

I wanna start uploading videos about my trips on youtube, I only have one about hitchhiking for now but more are about to come

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to meet people from all over the world and make new friends. It's always interesting to learn about different ways of seeing life.

While I was in Serbia I liked taking people around the city

Interests

Books, philosophy, science fiction, culture, sewing, alternative fashion, Lolita fashion, gender, music, history

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I can like almost any kind of music. I usually love songs instead of artists, but for some reason I like finnish pop and balkan turbofolk. And I have a something with disney songs.

Books: Rousseau, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Isaac Asimov, Voltaire, Moliere, Saramago, history books, etc...

Movies: Almost everything with a nice story, but good Sci Fi gets my heart and I'm somewhat addicted to horror. I looove Disney movies, they make me feel happy. I just don't enjoy stupid romantic films such as twilight.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled all around Japan (Kagoshima - Sapporo - Tokyo) during 52 days with less than 300usd, yep 300 not 3000

And something really cool is that I met my husband while I was hitchhiking La Carretera Austral in the Chilean Patagonia. He picked me up near Chaiten and it was love at first sight.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach them how to make weird mexican food with foreign ingredients that is not really mexican but tastes good.

Crazy weird stories and a weird sense of humor.
