About Me

I have lived in 5 countries and am learning my 6th language now.

I am most afraid to look back at my life one day and realize I had all resources and opportunities to live the way I dreamt of, but never dared to.
Therefore, I am the one always trying out new things and going extra mile to complete my wishes.
It is better to know from experience the path was not for you than to always wonder how it could have been, but never try. Imagination has no boundaries, and so do people who don't set limits for themselves.

PHILOSOPHY

"The way you are living today will have been your life." I am trying to create such a life experience which will be more interesting than any book I have ever read. Up till now this philosophy brought me into weird situations and funny adventures.

I love thinking too much, still I make the most important decisions without considering deeply the outcome and it always works for the better for me.

I am a fan of positive thinking. I believe in power of goals multiplied by planning and hard work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted surfers during my summer stay in Spain. Right now I don't have a possibility to do that, but I am positive that I will start hosting again when I get another opportunity.

I love engaging in CS local activities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had several couchsurfers at my place, it was a nice experience. Once I invited few "homeless" travelers at the street to stay at my place. Not exactly done via CS, but a CS-like experience.
I also meet couchsurfers for a cup of coffee/beer from time to time and it always was a positive experience.

Interests

Wherever I go, I always try to learn more about the local street art as it's my big passion.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love getting the better understanding of other countries by watching movies from all around the globe.
I love Juzz and soft rock the most, sometimes I listen to kpop and classics

The books: Shantaram, 7 years in Tibet, 1Q84, Snow flower and the secret fan, Patagonia, Daddy-long-legs, The 13th tale, Out of Africa, 100 years of Solitude, Martin Eden.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite travelling memory is teaching volunteering in India. It was not my longest travel, but the most memorable one. I learned a lot about the world from it, and even more about myself.

I enjoy collecting weird and unusual experiences, so the list can be long - starting from participating in La Tomatina and Holi fest to sleeping on the roof of Indian fortress and in the field under the open sky, to riding camels and elephants...

One of the top wishes on my weird things to-do list is that I really want to hug a panda since I saw a picture of someone doing it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some basics of languages that I know. Or retell you about traditions of the countries I have lived in. Or show you around Krakow, if we meet hear. My friends say I'm a good city guide (if you won't agree - blame them, not me :-) )
