Music, Movies, and Books

film:
cave of the yellow dog (a mongolian movie, favourite of all!!) AngelA, in july, leon and some documentaries

authors: latin american authors who opened me the doors of that continent like;
gabriel garcia marquez,
isabel allende,
jorge amado,
julia alvarez

Chinghiz Aitmatov, i admire him.

music: BLUES!! i like old blues more than modern blues, to be honest; basicly first of all i dont really know about anything newer than Janis Joplin (am i getting older:) but more because of the plain pain and joy and passion i can feel of those oldies.

and reggea! its simple and peaceful! like my life (at least i try to make it like that as much as possible) and i love it a lot more when it also has an idea trying to express with the music (like manu chao and bob marley and sizzla-sometimes- does)

native american music! its just amazing!

basicly i love kind of music when i can feel its roots and social background that gave the reasons to that music to be created by those local people.

sufi music, native american music, blues, celtic music, ethnic music from any piece of world, chillout.
