Overview
About Me
I have studied in Spain, France and Brazil, and I'm looking forward to begining my PhD in London in September. I am very sociable and openminded person, and I feel that travelling has shown me how diverse are people and how enriching it is to learn about other people's lives and experiences.
A good coversation with friends is the thing that I enjoy the most doing in my freetime. I also read a lot and I write on political and social topics in the Spanish online newspaper eldiario.es. Even if I don't play any instrument (I used to play the accordion when I was at school but I have forgotten all what I learnt) I love music and one of the things that I enjoy the most when travelling is knowing the local music, specially in places such as Cuba and Brazil, where music is everywhere.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Thanks to Couchsurfing I have had some of the best travelling experiencies in my life, in places such as Lisbon, Southern Morocco and Minas Gerais (Brazil). CS is the best way of meeting people who are so generous that they share their homes with foreigners and they are happy to show you their cities and make you meeting their friends. I have always had very good experiences and when I have not been able to do CS I have missed it!
Interests
I love meeting different kinds of people from different places, learning their languages and sharing their ways of living, also their food! I am also very interested in photography. I am not a professional at all but I enjoy street and travel fotography because it makes you observe everything in a more attentive way.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like many kinds of music... from classical one to the most commercial things, which suit some moments. I read really many sorts of books: poetry, theatre, novels, essays about many social and political issues... I am open to any suggestion.
Some of the writer that I like the most are Latin-American, like Alejo Carpentier or Roberto Bolaño.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The sunrising seen from a train in India, getting up and seeing the forest of Goa. The desert of Zagora, in Morocco. The cliffs in Normandy, hitchhiking in Cuba and meeting people from all around the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach some very basic tips about photography and I could also teach Spanish, French and Portuguese. I have already done it and I enjoy it so much. I love cooking too, so it is always a pleasure to show some delicious Spanish dishes.
