ABOUT ME

I grew up in Hong Kong. As a person who likes history, my dream is to travel Europe. That's why I had visited Europe as a working holiday maker in Ireland in 2012. Now, I live in Hong Kong and back to be a normal office worker.

The live in Hong Kong is simple but not boring. I am currently working in a software house as a sales and marketing staff. During weekend, hiking and reading are my favorite activities.

I am interested in listening stories especially personal experience in travelling and studying. I think it is very interesting to know about different culture and origin behind. I am not good at story telling but I would like to try. About the myths or legends of ancient China, the history of China and Hong Kong, the Chinese language such as the word origin etc.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friends first introduced me CouchSurfing when we travelled to Oslo in Norway. We had great time in Oslo with the host. Thanks for the host's hospitality and we shared a lot about Norway and Hong Kong, in all aspects. After that, I believe the world is much smaller than what I imagine ever. I searched for hosts in Italy when I was planning to travel there. Finally, I was lucky enough to get a host from Pisa and a host from Rome. In between, I met some other CSs through the hosts. Thank you for the hosts. The most importantly, I would like to thank the great platform of CouchSurfing. It makes me have a great experience during my European Trip in 2011. Hope to keep CouchSurfing in my home town, Hong Kong. Welcome people from all over the world. Let's share the power of CouchSurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first CouchSurfing experience is in Oslo, Norway. I believe it is a good way to have cultural exchange for a wonderful trip. It is much more than "travelling".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I lived in Athlone, Ireland, the landlord opened my main door and my room door to wake me up and to shout that, "You must move out this house before 3pm today, otherwise I will call Garder (police)." I was totally shocked because I did not know what happened. Finally, I know there was a misunderstanding between the landlord and the people I shared the apartment. How come the landlord can break in my rent house?
