About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get more organised. Just a bit more. Never take the metro in the wrong direction.

ABOUT ME

Kind and good-hearted. That's what my best friends say. I'm trying to live up to that. I like to improvise, I never organize too much in advance. I work for nonprofit organizations (to help the homeless).

PHILOSOPHY

No stress. Being curious. Understanding, sharing, fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a host: I love Budapest and would be happy to show you around. On weekdays I work regular hours but in the evenings I could show you good places and my weekends are generally free. I'm also interested in CS events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Heard about people who heard about people who have experience with CS:)

Then I joined last summer (2011). I hosted about 10 guests from various places. I made some lasting friendships.

Now let's give it a try as a surfer. I sincerely hope there is justice in the universe, and it will work:). Please don't let me down. Next adventure starts on 9 March. Target: NYC, Rio, Buenos Aires.

Some former favs: Charlotte Gainsbourg, Leonard Cohen, Pink Martini

Books: one all-time favourite here: Arundathi Roy: The God of Small Things, something Hungarian if you are interested: Péter Nádas: Parallel Stories

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jaipur, the Pink City in India - a real culture shock

It's a tough one, I'll come back here when something comes to my mind.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy conversations about languages and linguistics and I guess I can make here valueable contributions. Travel experiences, politics, lifestyles.
