About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Building lives for those who have lost theirs

ABOUT ME

Being a self-made person, I always look for new challenges and new people to share my path with. I am enthusiastic about a whole lot of things, stand with both feet on the ground, yet sometimes I just spread my wings and live my dreams.

I'm currently into human rights issues, while handling a career change from non-profit to for-profit. I'm learning the ropes with tough & exciting management.

I'm a good listener, love to cook, and to know about your way of life. I'm good at having conversations overnight with a fine wine, read books, go to concerts, watch films and have fun with friends. I may need some time to open up - but you could be sure of I'm interested in anything you show & tell if I can sense your passion behind the lines.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything you've experienced in your life could make you a better person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been travelling a lot in the last few years with a theater company. I was so lucky to meet fellow professionals from other cultures. Also, I've hosted many foreign guests in Budapest, showing them Budapest as written in the guide books - or more often, what is not written in those. I'm quite a pro in that. I know places you'd never discover, people worth to meet, shows and festivals - and cheap places to eat, drink or to have fun. If you're interested in arts, we'll certainly have some common issues to talk about, to visit and to participate in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My crazy and inspirational friend asked me to have a holiday together. We travelled around Spain and Portugal for my first-ever CS-experience. It is so heart-warming to feel that all over the world, there are friendly and curious people with whom we could stay. I hope you count on me as one of them.

Interests

Any kind of arts and books, dancing and personal encounters. My life's pretty fast-paced so I enjoy learning languages and doing some workout after work. Although travelling is a passion, I'm working on making it a part of my professional life to widen my view on the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Bedside books: 'My Name Is Asher Lev' by Chaim Potok & 'Lean In' by Sheryl Sandberg

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I learned to dream my own dreams and help others to achieve theirs. There's no greater gift than being capable to make them come true.

Teach, Learn, Share

For a while now, I teach my friends English, meaning to enhance conversation skills. If you are a native Spanish speaker looking for hangout and a bit of practice in English, we can do both while your stay in Budapest. The gain for me is sharpening my Spanish with you.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
