CURRENT MISSION

Every nice weather in Beijing now seems so precious. Sometimes I want to share it with somebody. I'm trying new things and want to participate in all kinds of activities that I'm interested in in this city. I want to enjoy things that I missed so much when I was Germany. It will also be great for me if I have more opportunities to know someone that live totally other kinds of life.

ABOUT ME

After three and a half years study in Germany, I'm now settled down in Beijing. I didn't realized that I missed my hometown so much when I was abroad, even though it is now over-crowded, dirty and disordered. I'm now doing a placement as an editor. I'm interested in many things and often feel like chatting or discuss them with someone. But I'm not so good at starting a conversation or break the ice between strangers, which, in the end, turns out that I'm the one who listens the most. Nevertheless, I'm totally friendly, open to almost all kinds of thoughts and minds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started when I was in Luebeck. I heard of this organization when I was in high school, and thought this is really cool. So a few years later as the beginning I created my account while I was planning a 6-day-trip to Berlin by myself. It didn't worked out, but I met some really wonderful people in Luebeck after my trip, which include travelers, local people and student from another university. I participated in some cooking event and they were so great. During my stay in Leipzig and Goettingen, I also had nice experiences with the local couch-surfers.

THE REASON I'M ON COUCH SURFING

I think it is a nice platform to know people from all kinds of backgrounds;
I'm always interested in local people when I'm discovering a new city;
There maybe great group activities in town;
I'm always glad to show this city in my eyes to anyone who is interested
......
