ABOUT ME

Well it's time for a little update. I work and live in London (for the moment) until sept 2014. Who knows what's going to happen next? I love traveling and so far my favorite destination is Eastern (en Central) Europe!! I plan to visit Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria eventually. I love learning languages, it's kind of like unveiling a mystery and you learn a lot on how different cultures think.

PHILOSOPHY

Do not feed the trolls, NEVER. There will always be someone who will disagree with you... get over it and stand for what you believe is right.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live with a lot of flatmate so hosting would be too complicated for me at the moment, but I have met quite a lot of people in Montreal and London. I also use CS to meet people when I do trips.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been hosted in NY and met people in Hungary, Slovenia, Netherlands, Austria, England... and also people from Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Russia, Chile, Brasil... Hi guys!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: I love German movies, some great movies from my province (Quebec) c'est pas moi je le jure, laurence anyways, crazy... independent movies and let's not forget some good old classics like Goodfellas, Scarface, Pulp Fiction (or any movies by Tarantino), Barry Lyndon or Lolita (by Kubrick please...).
music: post-punk, indie, electronic... my favorite band ever is Depeche Mode and singer Nico. Roxy Music, New Order, Austra, Crystal Castles, Fever Ray, Psyche, Cocteau Twins, Siouxsie, Interpol, Malaria!...
books: I used to read a lot, now a little less, but I like to read classics like Emile Zola, Barjavel, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Anais Nin. My little guilty pleasure... crime investigation books by Patricia Cornwell. Right now I have on my bookshelf Brave New World but I'm lazy to finish it... My favorite author of all the times will always be Amelie Nothomb. She's just fantastic...
