ABOUT ME

I did a degree in classical piano, and while I love it, it doesn't define my life at the moment. I'm still not sure what sort of career I'm looking for.

I've lived in the same house in Toronto my whole life. So now I'm finally doing something I've always wanted to do (but was too scared to do), and I'm going on a solo backpacking trip through South America.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be positive and open-minded, and I'm interested in meeting new and different people!

Interests

I love learning languages and the culture of which they're a part. Grammar is sexy.

I love to cook and bake...and then eat all the cookies.

I love going out drinking and dancing on a Friday or Saturday night.

I love playing the piano and singing.

I love riding my bike and exploring the city, sitting in parks on a sunny day, or having drinks on a patio.

Books: The Book of Negroes, Bossy Pants, The Omnivore's Dilemma, French Women Don't Get Fat (lol) are some recent favourites.
I like reading non-fiction because I like learning about topics I'm interested in, whether it be food, health, industry, urban planning, cultures, etc.

Movies: foreign films, drama, comedy, anything!
