ABOUT ME

First I must say if you wish to stay with us. This is important. We have food restrictions. We do not eat pork, shrimps, crabs etc ..it is a sort of Kosher food law but not really. It is close to that. Just ask us because we cannot have those things in our home.

Those who know me may wonder why I haven't changed my residence to Essaouria Morocco because I have travelled here and am currently staying/living here now until I move on. It is because I still have my house in Las Vegas and yes I have an house in Morocco too but am also traveling quite a bit and I can only put in one address on this site. So for now I keep it Las Vegas when I am in Las Vegas and I change to Morocco when I am there.

I am a very spiritual person.I am not stuffy. I like to have lots of fun but I can have fun just sitting in one spot meditating or dancing or gardening. I do not go about preaching (so you will not be harassed) I live my life quietly but if I am asked and I feel led then I reveal what I am seeing. I base my decisions on spiritual visions and what I see. Many call this psychic but I don't see it as such, I see it as praying or meditating for an answer and getting the answer and living what I get. I think this is the biggest thing about me that people who know me knows.

My past experiences: I was a correctional officer until 2005. I was also a LPN for 15 or so years. My job allowed me to work in both fields at the same time. I worked in the jail system for almost 20 years. I left it to pursue a deeper spiritual walk. It just wouldn't work with the depth I wanted to get. That is not a job that is flexible to personal needs but I did like the job while I was there.
I believe if you don't treat people, animals and all living things right then there is a payback. In other words if one does things to harm then harm will come upon them.

I find that my friends are people who understand that if I don't feel like talking it is nothing personal against them it is because I need to meditate. There are times I must withdraw and meditate and pray and cannot answer phone calls and such right then. This does not mean I dont love them it is just simply that I find peace praying.

Do not be mistaken, I DO LOVE TO TALK but there is a time for everything. When I travel I like to meet people and have conversations. I can be quite talkative but know when to be quite and listen. So I like people who can share with me things they have gotten during their reflective times, places they have been and share things they have learn.

I am always amazed at the profound things some people say and I ponder on those sayings for days.I keep a journal of mostly everything.

I do like to have fun. I love wine surfing in moderation. I love the wine valleys.

I love music. I grew up in Jamaica where there was not a day that went by that there wasn't music in my ear, it is a part of me so of course I love to dance. I even am making music myself.

I play the drums not great but do some drumming, djembe, bongo, congo. I love calpyso, reggae, Soca, jazz, African, classical, actually I love all sorts of music. It all depends on the words because I will turn off negative words

I love to see people happy and having fun but hate to hear complainers and feel sorry for such people.

As you can see by my pictures, I do wear a head covering a scarf over my hair. I don't go about with my hair uncovered. It is a part of my spiritual belief. I have a group of friends that do the same. We travel together quite a bit.

WE LIVE BY KOSHER FOOD LAWS.. no pork in our home..no shrimp, lobster crabs or things like that and no smoking in our house. You can smoke outside.

When I settle down I want to help others as I am being helped with a place to stay when they come in my area if I am in town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing experience have been awesome. I have made many lasting friendships.

I note that there are all types of couchsurfers. Some people are looking for sex and all that type of thing but I AM NOT. I just want to be friends with people and keep it all platonic no romantic involvement at all. I particular love meeting people who I find a spiritual connection.

Interests

I am a writer, graphic artist, I write songs too and I do abstract paint on canvas in water color and acrylic. I love gardening, of course intense traveler, love music, love national parks and all things pertaining to wildlife management, am eco-friendly, I have interest in natural herbal healing, I do prayer and mediation most of time, I love to be at peace and find answers to puzzles or get clarity through prayer and meditation. This is now a lifestyle for me.I live to help people find peace and to prosper.

I have finally learn how to balance my meditation time and active exercise like weights, Pilates exercise and stair climbing. Mediation and prayer is my main interest and writing the information I get during those sessions. I do a whole lot of writing. I take photos of nature and do graphic art with them, this relaxes me. Being in nature is a huge part of the meditation and prayer process for me. My days are massively filled.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2010 I suddenly felt the urge to buy couches. I was absolutely led in a very strong way to keep buying couches. My friends were teasing me wondering why I keep doing this. I had no idea why but just felt I need to have a lot of couches in my house. I had more couches in my house than I ever would need for myself. Then I went traveling and went to a hostel in Alaska this is where someone told me about couch surfing. I knew right then this is why I felt the need to buy couches. I knew right then that the creator was leading me to do this couch surfing thing. I know nothing is a coincidence.

Praying and heard myself say that there was going to be an earthquake in Franklin the Appalachian Mountains and 1 hour and 45 minutes later a friend in the area called me and told me there was a loud rumble like a great big thunder there. He felt it but since there was no rain everyone was wondering what it was.

Next morning he called me and told me that the rumble was a 2 richter scale earthquake! I told him I just had a word about it and I had a witness because I had told a friend about it even before it happened.

Found out this area is a Blue Ridge part of the Appalacian upon research found out that this area was a part of the Appalacian mountains! I am still awestruck. Most of the things that get me awestruck is what I see while I am praying and seeing it actually happen.

This is just one of the amazing things that is happening in my life. many other amazing things have been happening among my friends and I.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do not push this on others but if someone wish to learn, I can teach people the steps to get deeper spiritually so they can hear instructions from the creator of us all regarding who (he or she of course the creator is neither he nor she but we are speaking for name sake) created us to be and what he created us to do and how to go about getting there. If we cannot hear the one who created us how can we know what this life is about? What are we sent here to do? Each person has a mission but most people do not know it and is not living it so each person must seek.
