My family of three keeps me going and I love them to bits! At the moment i'm a karate instructor. But my background in in Finance and Project Management. Have been sporty all of my life and it keeps me sane :D I have a cat but I love dogs.

PHILOSOPHY

You take your shoes off when you are not moving... it keeps you connected to the world. Do everything with your family in mind... How will my actions affect those closest to me? Without someone to believe in you or you to believe in yourself, you have no purpose...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped off of a cliff into the ocean and swam with a shark on Niue Island :D. Held breath for 3.30mins and free dived to 30 meters, NICE!
