i used to have a "real" job, now i work with little kids, laugh and steal moments of sunshine. it's better this way.

Random Facts:
I love scrabble, crossword puzzles, and books... yeah Nerd style.

I've been attacked and bitten by a monkey in Nicaragua.

I'm a vegan, but on my travels have eaten: raw antelope, lamb, horse milk, raw oysters, and I think I once ate cat, but I can't be sure.

I have an unnatural affinity for rap music, in any language, and if I like you enough, will rap for you.

I've stood atop an active volcano, been 80 feet under the water, hiked the worlds deepest canyon, and yet am still afraid of ponies. Really afraid of them.

I love cooking and exchanging recipes~ the more exotic the dish- the better! Also, the more exotic the people- the better!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CouchSurfing is a huge passion of mine, and like you, I love hosting people and making connections. A large part of couchsurfing for me is to travel vicariously through others, and support the chain of karma.

I believe in being a good guest, a welcoming host, and adapting to each unique couchsurfing experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted friends and fellow travelers from all walks of life, and countries... Couch surfing has changed the way I look at life.

More Recently: couchsurfing is enabling me to travel this world without having to sacrifice the human connections we so often lose while traveling like a tourist.

MOST Recently: It's my turn to give back! With the flat in Madrid there is a spare room, and it's all for surfers in need.

I have so many dear friends from all over this world that I would have never come in contact with had it not been for couchsurfing.

Interests

I love me some books. Haven't seen too many movies. Music makes me happy in my heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's nothing like being removed from every element of security you have ever known, and relearning everything you thought you knew. We are capable of great things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I recently learned to make a flute from bamboo from a fellow surfer. (I've forgotten how to do this. maybe someone can remind me)
I can teach you a good bit about wine, cooking, flowers, home decorating, and pretty much anything domestic. Also, I'm happy to do your eyebrows- you just shut up and sit there.
