ABOUT ME

I have done many things in my life and have experienced 5 children. I enjoy life and continue to do things I love to do, which is pretty well anything.I am easy going and easy to get along with and can put up with almost any one or annoyances EXCEPT dishonest and people users. Love to experience other cultures and behaviours.

PHILOSOPHY

Although I may not agree with what people do, how people live, or what people think, I feel that as long as "they" (the aforementioned category of humans)do not encrouch on other people feelings, liberties, or life then live on. my friend, live on, and "stay thirsty"!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a number of people from a residence in Vancouver to my residence in Cuenca. I now live in a city called Loja Ecuador.I have surfed couches in Germany (one) which was a former surfer at my Canadian home. It is a great experience and a way to help return to the earth and those that occupy her, the gifts of friendship and accommodation that I have been blessed with all my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was "couch surfing" before couch surfing had a name. I did that when I travelled through out Europe and had a wonderful experience with it . I am very glad that the idea has flourished into an organized activity.

Interests

meeting folks and reading about the universe, peoples brains and psychology, as well as what makes people "tick". I love to discuss topics on almost any subject, be it fiction or otherwise, including the all evasive subjects of " politics and religion". I feel if one cannot discuss something then whats the point of having the subject around!

Music, Movies, and Books

most genres . mainly non-fiction, ( my life is fiction enough for me;-) ), action films sci-fi, the odd romance, if it is not to drippy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

helped many people feel better/ feed those that ask for money: buy them a meal instead. I haven't seen the most amazing thing yet!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have never met a person I could not teach something to, or, met a person I could not learn something from. The day I think I know it all and cannot be taught is the day I have died.
