ABOUT ME

My name's Hazel. I'm 25 years old and still miles from being an adult. I've been teaching English for about a year and a half. For the first year I was in Bogota, Colombia and now I live in Xi'an, China. I love seeing new places, trying new things, being baffled and trying to understand.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to contemplate the questions, if I ever think I have the answers I'll be ready to die :p

I have no idea what is true, at least a lot of it is funny.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm interested in making new friends in Xi'an to spend an afternoon or an evening with. We could show each other our favourite places, help each other with our languages, or just swap stories and relax :)

Well, I'm an English teacher, so hopefully I can do that! I also have an intermediate level of Spanish if anyone wants to practice. I used to be alright with a contact ball (juggling thing), so I can show you how to do a few tricks with that if you're into useless skills!

I'd love to learn some Chinese cooking while I'm here, anyone who can show me how to do any of the amazing things I've seen done with qiezi here... I would love to meet you.
