Just left Bukavu, Eastern DRC, where I lived as an aid worker for 3 years. Am now a professional globetrotter and plan on making my way east from India, going wherever the wind blows...:-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Staying as a guest/ surfer with lovely people in Eastern Turkey, now in India making my way up to the Eastern Himalaya.

Eastern Turkey: Mardin, Midyat, Hasankeyf, Van
India: Western and Eastern Himalaya (Kashmir was fantastic)
Zambia and Zimbabwe: Canoed and camped the Zambezi River
