Music, Movies, and Books

music: i like many different kinds of music from all over the world. right now, i especially appreciate souad massi, manu chao, cesária évora, and beirut.

books: also so many different ones. the first that really impressed me was "the wall" by marlen haushofer. i also really enjoyed "son of the circus" by john irving. recently i have read "conquer of the useless" by werner herzog.

movies: the marx brothers! sweet mud, the bubble, histórias minimas, city of god, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was always encounters with persons that impressed me most. There were many moments in Mexico, Brazil and Spain(my most recent travels)that touched me by the very warm and open way people encountered me.
