ABOUT ME

Mostly, I love to travel and am an adrenaline junkie. I'm an adventure-seeker and explorer that likes to spend my time outdoors, especially when it's nice out.
With that said, I also very much enjoy a good nap or some nice relaxation time. I also believe it's important to have personal time, so even though I like to hang out, I understand the necessity for alone time.

I have way too many hobbies, but few true passions. It doesn't help when I say yes to trying new things and add that to the list.

Also, I am a vegan/tarian going on over 10 years!... but to each their own (I won't badger you about eating meat if you do). I am able to fend for myself when it comes to finding a meal, so you don't have to worry about me.

In essence, life is an adventure, and it's what I live for.

PHILOSOPHY

What's the point of being alive without living?

It only seems impossible, till it is made possible.

Don't take life too seriously, it's not like we're coming out of it alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and having new experiences. Couchsurfing allows me to make new connections when I do, which makes it all the more better.

I had my address verified but now I just move too much to keep getting a postcard every time. Hah.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiked and got picked up but an Olympic Medalist and an X-Games medalist. Glacier Guided. Snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef. Lived on a remote island for a month and a half. Fell asleep in a hammock in the middle of the ocean while watching a meteor shower. Summiting Mt. Doom.

Also, I'm a sucker for spontaneity, and I love random and new experiences, so I try to be really flexible in case anything comes up.
